We are thrilled to announce that we are expanding Workspace Collective to a new location in Central Florida: Historic Downtown Sanford. Just 20 minutes north of Orlando, Downtown Sanford is a destination featuring award-winning restaurants, craft breweries, events and concerts, one of Central Florida’s most vibrant art communities and a marina.
Workspace Collective is transforming a building into modern flexible office & coworking space on the corner of 1st and Sanford Ave., aligned with the approach of our other 3 locations (2 in Ocala, 1 in Daytona Beach).

Upon completion, this new location will offer approximately 7,000 sq ft of office space and amenities and a 1,500 sq ft rooftop, ideal for business gatherings and social events.
