How does it work?
You will have a dedicated phone # that is portable and transferrable. Includes client ext. and VM box. Profile charges included unlimited domestic incoming and outgoing minutes on phone line
All calls are answered by a live attendant who will obtain the caller’s basic information and screen the call to you, or your preferred destination. If you or your team do not answer within 3 rings or declines the call, the call will be placed in voicemail. This includes up to 150 calls per user per month. Service coverage is from 8:30am to 5:00pm EST, Monday-Friday.
All voicemails will be transcribed into text and emailed directly to you by our automated system. This includes unlimited voicemail transcriptions to your computer, laptop, or mobile device
